- Jack Cheng Added August 24, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Purchased a ducted heating from them and installed by their plumber which didn't follow the instruction to install. Leave our house without turning our hot water system back on and the ducted heater has been installed incorrectly. They come and fix it when we launch a complaint and now the heater has broken down the third time within three months.
Also the name of the plumber on the installation certificate is not the guy who installed the heater for us so it sound very dodgy to me.
